Founded in 1987 in Wellington, New Zealand, Trojan Developments has been involved in the electronic security industry for over 35 years. The business was started to address an unmet demand from the security industry for more professional-looking, reliable, low maintenance and intuitive to operate egress solutions. Our exit devices have become the industry standard in New Zealand and Australia.
Now based in Auckland, New Zealand, Trojan Developments has expanded its product lines with over 100,000 exit devices produced to date.

Trojan Developments designs and manufactures a range of electronic security devices which operate in conjunction with Access Control Systems.
Trojan Developments also manufactures a range of other devices for use in commercial applications including Relay, Fuse and Timer Boards which, when used in conjunction with our mounting system make the installation of Access Control Systems much simpler and quicker than using conventional PCBs.

Our strong practical grounding in mechanical and design engineering combined with more than three decades of experience in the security industry has enabled us to focus our designs on the practicalities of installation and user operation in order to produce a range of products which are reliable, visually appealing and are quick & easy to install.
