We strive to take every care in our manufacturing, testing and packaging processes to ensure that all of our products are sold free of manufacturing defects, however, if any manufacturing defect is found in a product we have supplied within 12 months of its purchase date, please contact us at [email protected] in order for us to assess the product and to potentially provide a replacement product.
We may require proof of purchase as well as photographs of the defective product before proceeding with a return in order to ascertain if the product is in fact defective due to a manufacturing issue. We will not replace products which exhibit visible damage which we suspect was sustained after leaving our warehouse.
If we agree that a manufacturing defect exists in the product in question and that a return is required, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the defective product to us for analysis.
If the returned product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will send a replacement product to you at our cost, but we will not reimburse any customs duties or taxes payable for the original or replacement products.
If the product is found to be free of any manufacturing defect, operating normally and is undamaged, no replacement will be provided and the returned product will be returned to you at your cost.
If the product is found to be damaged due to shipping mis-handling or incident, improper use or installation (including but not limited to being used with an incompatible power supply), willful damage or vandalization then no replacement will be provided and the returned product may be returned to you at your cost.
No refunds will be given due to a change of mind.
This policy shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
